Having owned the tv screen and enjoyed the idea thoroughly for about Eight weeks I must say that its an incredibly nice TV for your $. I shopped and compared several models and side by side the Samsung quality could not be coordinated. The apps function is sub elemen as there are few beneficial ones and the just 2 that I usually use are Blockbuster online,Pandora and of course the smart features of being able to access my external drive directly for music and video are generally nice. The number one function that should be on this collection is an internet browser since 50% of the TV My spouse and i watch is buffering TV shows that I overlook (and are not available through Netflix, or Hulu). However there are no shortage of HDMI ports so I hook up to the laptop to be able to stream browser written content since Samsng felt make fish an internet connected Samsung UN46D6000 Tv set need not have a internet browser to actually consume internet content (they felt child’s cartoon apps have been more useful).
The actual speakers are ok if sitting close and have a small place but fall short of correct surround or excellent sound quality so I am just using a Yamaha home theater system to solve that.
